cafe-strandfogedgaarden Hjørring

A fantastic café, delicious homemade cakes, and a beautiful atmosphere. We'll definitely be back; highly recommended.

After a bike ride, this is a great place to take a short break. The cakes are homemade. The atmosphere and seating are perfect. The owners are wonderful and really care about their guests. They even cater to four-legged friends. I'd love to come back again :)

A charming café with a small shop. The cakes are baked fresh every morning and are absolutely divine. The owners are incredibly kind, and speaking German is no problem. Card payments are accepted in the café, but you'll need to pay in Danish kroner to take anything from the shop. For a lasting holiday feeling, pick up some locally produced honey. Don't be fooled by the label—it's still made by bees nearby. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Denmark.

This café is highly recommended. The selection of cakes is outstanding. Unfortunately, you can't try them all ;-). The gooseberry tart was absolutely delicious, and the cappuccino was just as good. The owners are very friendly. There's plenty of seating outside, so you're sure to find a nice spot when the weather is nice. Inside, there are several rustic and cozy seating areas. You can also browse through the various rooms. Besides antiques, you'll find all sorts of handcrafted items. A visit is definitely worthwhile.

Very nice owners; the lady of the house spoke German. The cakes and tarts are homemade. A cozy atmosphere and a lovely place to sit in the garden.

We've been coming here regularly for the past three years. The cake is delicious.
