Was greeted by a sweet and smiling waitress who quickly found the table we had booked. Because we were walking poorly, she quickly found another table where we didn't have to climb a few stairs. Super good experience 😉.

Visitamos Café Velvet con un grupo de amigos y tuvimos una gran experiencia. La comida era excelente, con porciones generosas, gran calidad, y una amplia selección que incluía un montón de opciones para niños. ¡Las costillas en particular eran un plato destacado, tierno, sabroso y perfectamente cocinado! Lo que realmente hizo especial la visita fue el servicio amable y atento. El personal se registró constantemente para ver si todo era de nuestro agrado, lo que nos hizo sentir genuinamente atendido. El ambiente cálido y acogedor solo añadió a la experiencia. El interior es súper fresco y fotogénico, especialmente la zona de estar rosa con columpios. Es un imán para imágenes y añade un ambiente juguetón al lugar. También apreciamos las cómodas mesas redondas que facilitaron a nuestro grupo charlar y compartir comida. Incluso había películas reproduciéndose en el fondo, lo que agregó un toque divertido y relajado al ambiente general. Recomiendo encarecidamente si usted está buscando un lugar animado, elegante y familiar - agradable para comer!

We visited Cafe Velvet with a group of friends and had a really great experience. The food was excellent with generous portions, great quality, and a wide selection that included plenty of child-friendly options. The ribs in particular were a standout — tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked! What really made the visit special was the friendly and attentive service. The staff consistently checked in to see if everything was to our liking, which made us feel genuinely cared for. The warm, welcoming atmosphere only added to the experience. The interior is super cool and photogenic, especially the pink seating area with swings. It’s a magnet for pictures and adds a playful vibe to the place. We also appreciated the comfy round tables that made it easy for our group to chat and share food. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a lively, stylish, and family-friendly place to eat! 💫

Celebrated Father's Day today, with a brunch buffet :) the pictures were taken as we were about to leave! It was well stocked with everything when we arrived at 10:15. Prices for people 12 years + Brunch buffet excl. drinks 175 dkk Brunch buffet incl. drinks 259 dkk Prices for people under 12 years Excl. drinks 109 dkk Incl. drinks 169 dkk The drinks: black coffee, water, tea, cocoa & regular juice - these were up at the bar :) Mega cool with a lot of games to choose from on the two shelves behind the buffet :)

Today we were at Velvet and had brunch. We were there at 12.05 and it can be bought until 1pm. DKK 175 per Person for brunch buffet. We order for 2 incl. Beverages. When we get to the buffet it is already tired to look at, the rye bread is dry, there is almost no fruit. It's a half-empty vision. There is handwriting and too few pliers to use. There are no plates and we don't know where the drinks are. We are looking for the machine for coffee and soft drinks and the juice machine. In the end we ask and then the counter is completely empty. Only cocoa, milk, juice and coffee are included. They could have told where things were and how it works. The yogurt is not refrigerated, so I don't need that, nor the milk. So no fridge where there are refrigerated goods. When we wanted to pay, there is someone in front of us who complains that there was not enough fruit Our bill came to DKK 518. The most expensive and worst and driest brunch buffet we have ever had. Sorry, I can't recommend it in any way. We will not come again.
