Café Victoria Tønder

Small terrace outside, 'cafe' inside, and restaurant in the back. Good service, fast service, and tasty food (pasta and Caesar salad). Good wine and dessert, and Irish Coffee is also okay. Perfect for a quick bite while traveling, but also for a night out.

Fantastically good food and a very special atmosphere, at least for us from the western edge of Norway. Can definitely recommend this place if you want food or drinks.

Really nice cafe in the heart of Tønder. Well visited, and therefore the only minus, quite a lot of noise. But really nice food at very reasonable prices, and sweet and welcoming staff, even when it's super busy.

Always a place we are happy to eat, large and good selection

Actually ended up here after another little restaurant turned out to be closed. But it all worked out perfectly. Simple setup (ordering and paying at the bar) but cozy and good food. Personally, I'm not fond of seasoned fries, but that is a matter of taste. The hamburger was excellent. The bun was on the grill for exactly the right amount of time, no excessive sauce, and cucumber instead of pickles (as also stated on the menu). The meat itself was just good: cooked through and not dry. So, a tasty meal!

Good food at reasonable prices. Plus points for the fact that several of the elements are homemade, which can be seen and tasted. We had a lunch board, pasta with chicken, burger and gyros. Everything was tasty and in plenty. Unfortunately, the acoustics in the room are very poor, which means that all guests “shout” and especially the one in our party with hearing aids was challenged in there.

A charming little café with a somewhat quirky atmosphere; it has a certain something. The cappuccino was delicious.
