Cafe Vivaldi Fredericia

A "wow experience". The food is on the expensive end. It's not really bad, but not terribly exciting either. A lukewarm intermediate. But too expensive. The waiters had forgotten to come past our table (they regretted), when they finally took our order they forgot to bring our drinks. My gut feeling is that the place is trying to do well, but service and quality (in relation to price) just fall short. We will look forward to trying another restaurant in Fredericia another time.

Went for coffee and cake while having a phone meeting. The coffee was fine and the cake very nice. Prices are cheap and the staff very nice and helpful. They advised me on where to sit for the least amount of noise during my meeting.

The menu has become too boring. The food we got was not as expected. A bit tacky. But the prices are still top.

Mega delicious food, got a sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and mushroom sauce, mega delicious 😁 Thank you for another good experience, delicious food as always.

The food was okay, but nothing outstanding. Service was very nice.

Although the Vivaldi concept is the same throughout Denmark, there is still a big difference in the service you receive. In Fredericia, we were served kindly and could choose where we wanted to sit. If you compare Fredercia with e.g. with the one on Axeltorv in Copenhagen, it's black and white. Maybe the Copenhageners should be sent over to a course in Fredericia
