The visit got off to a bit of a bad start as only 1 out of 6 ordering terminals was working. This added extra waiting time and unfortunately dampened the mood from the start. There was also a fairly long wait for the food. On the other hand, the food was okay and tasted good when it finally arrived. That's why the experience ends up with 3 stars. Good food, but the start and the waiting time should be improved.

It's actually excellent. Probably the closest you get to American fast food burgers, wonderfully juicy, but it fluctuates a bit, the fries are good when they come fresh, if you eat in the restaurant you can get a refill on soda, and with a coupon or offer in the app the price is not quite sky-high. tastes better than McD and Burger King. Milkshakes are good too.

01/08/2026: We went in to get a couple of burgers for lunch. We were welcomed by a really nice girl who was kind enough to get a high chair and offer crayons etc. for our son. It was really fast to get our food. Maybe even too fast. I had ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, but the bacon was incredibly tough, so I had to remove it. I think it had been a while since it was made. But otherwise, a nice place with nice food for cheap money.
27/07/2026: Great food, good service. In Germany we say "Man kann sich nicht beklagen" (You can't complain).
