Carraig Grilled Cheese Bornholm

Amazing grilled cheese, and lovely employees 🧀.

We went to Gudhjem for a “Sol Over Gudhjem” but found this cheese sandwich shop by accident. My god! Our hangover was instantly cured and we’ve also discovered what might be the best cheese sandwich in Denmark.

Refreshingly creative street food style sandwiches. Great taste and texture!

A small food stall out of a small private garden. We ordered the To løg sandwich and the Ged sandwich, both of which were super tasty & very crispy and on the higher end at 80 DKK per sandwich. If you compare this to the higher costs of other shops in Bornholm and keep in mind that you are supporting a small business run by a nice lady, the price is absolutely fair. You can sit down to eat at the harbor, 50m away. Card payment is possible.
