China Delight Restaurant Tønder

We were 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 11). When we had to pay we had to pay for 3 adults, as children are considered adults from 10 years old. I don't think that's entirely okay. The food is already on the expensive side. We've been a few times before, where we're sure we paid for 2 adults and 2 children, and they say the food they have is delicious. It's not a large selection, which is a bit of a bummer. But what it is, is delicious. It's usually a good experience coming here. But today's experience is a bit disappointing, as I definitely don't think children from 10 years old should pay as adults.

Cozy place in the middle of Tønder. Good service with nice people, if you need anything just ask!! They fill it up quickly.

This Chinese buffet was an absolute delight! The moment I walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly cooked dishes filled the air. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and had a cozy, welcoming vibe. The food selection was fantastic, offering everything from crispy spring rolls and juicy dumplings to flavorful stir-fries and fresh seafood. The sushi bar was a pleasant surprise, with beautifully prepared rolls. One of my favorites was the live cooking station, where the chef prepared a custom stir-fry right in front of me—fresh, sizzling, and packed with flavor! The dessert section was just as impressive, with traditional Chinese sweets, creamy soft-serve ice cream, and fresh fruit. The staff were friendly, quick to clear tables, and always ready with a smile. For the quality, variety, and overall experience, the price was more than fair. Whether you’re craving classic Chinese comfort food or looking to try something new, this buffet is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
