Wonderful food, schnapps, and beer. Topped with excellent service, environment, and atmosphere. A Denmark experience doesn't get any better than this!

Very good food with fresh fish.

Have the special smorrebrod of the day, the shooting star. Wasn’t sure what to expect but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise, with a variety of ingredients that are all very fresh. Highly recommend trying this on your visit to Copenhagen!

Christianshavns Færgecafé is a lovely and cozy spot in Christianshavn that perfectly complements the atmosphere of this neighborhood. The restaurant has a classic, relaxed, and inviting feel, especially if you're already exploring the area around the canal. It's great that the focus is on Danish cuisine and traditional dishes, such as smørrebrød, fish dishes, and other typical Copenhagen favorites. The location also makes it a pleasant place to visit, as it's just a short walk from the water and the charming streets of Christianshavn. We give it four stars because the place has a very harmonious feel and is a great place to stop for a bite. It wasn't quite perfect for us, but it's definitely a good option if you're looking for Danish food in a quiet, local atmosphere. Highly recommended for a relaxing visit to Christianshavn.

This was our first stop in CPH for lunch. The restaurant is cute, staff nice, and food amazing. Added the place to my list!

Good traditional Danish open sandwiches in super cozy surroundings.

Love this place. We were a large group for lunch. The food was exceptional. The service fantastic and very accommodating. Highly recommend 10/10!
