We celebrated our wedding at Viva and could not be happier that we chose this place for our special day. We started with our wedding ceremony on the deck, which was magical and very cozy. After that, we enjoyed a fantastic three-course menu. The chef ensured that all dietary requirements were met, and everyone was absolutely speechless about the food. The lovely team at Viva took great care of our guests, it truly felt like they were part of our party. Our host, Buster, was very easy to communicate and plan with, and he made sure we felt in good hands throughout the entire planning process.

We held our wedding for +60 people in Viva's lovely premises in June 2025. Great location, fantastic food and wonderful staff helped to set the best possible framework for our big day. Highly recommended.

13/06/2026: The atmosphere at Nyhavn is simply unbeatable. Just soak up the flair and lifestyle of Copenhageners. The food and service are excellent. Of course, the location and high quality come at a price.
05/06/2026: It was a bit hectic since I went on the weekend, but the food was delicious. The herring marinated in blueberry sauce had the texture of the Gwamegi we are familiar with. It was refreshing and tasty.

23/10/2025: Had booked dinner at Hummer via a deal. All in all a good evening and we left the restaurant very full after more than two hours. Relatively few guests on a Wednesday evening so easy to get a seat and the noise level very low. The food was generally good with pasta orzo as the absolute highlight. The Tataki dish apparently contained sun-dried tomatoes which were absolutely inedible (tough) so they were left on the plate. The dessert was a bit messy and nothing to write home about. All in all an okay experience - but not 5 stars in some categories.
19/10/2025: Wonderful food and service I do think the toilet is in very poor condition but I have written to them about that
