27/01/2026: Great staff, they were always there when you needed them. Looking forward to a new visit when a renovation has been completed or at least the windows has been changed from the current single sheet of glass (a lot of noise from the street below) - please keep the spirit and classical appearance of this nice and old hotel

15/01/2026: Very good service and delicious lunch, nice coffee, but the meeting room we were in was less fortunate due to the glass house. The acoustics were very poor. It was difficult for everyone to hear the speakers, despite them trying to speak loudly and slowly. Would have been nice to have a p space in the hotel. Not handicap friendly! Both due to stairs and door steps.
