10/11/2024: Happy and satisfied. Have bought from jware 11 times. Generally fast delivery on my orders and no shortages. Made a mistake on the last order on a stressful and down time day. I received an email the next day reminding me that my order had not been paid for, however this was because I had put things in the basket to see what it would add up to when I budgeted for November when I wanted to order was but the basket is empty. I therefore made a new one with a few changes and ordered. It soon dawned on me that I had made a mistake and the amount I sent on mobilepay did not match the final order I had placed. Contacted Jware by phone who confirmed that the "real" order had been paid for the day before and that it had been shipped. I was greeted with kindness and patience, despite the fact that I was a bit confused during the conversation. Got my money back quickly. When the order came there was an error (production error I think, almost empty product) - again contacted jware by phone, was asked if I just wanted a new one with the next order. I had to use it so said I wanted it now and was sent a new one with no problems or hernia. Thank you for good service 😁
