A kitchen employee came out of a restroom stall and went straight outside to look at his phone without washing his hands, then walked right back up to the restaurant. Absolutely gross and unsafe. 17-06-2026 just before 20 local time. Reply to owner. ​Are you seriously questioning what I saw? Instead of being defensive, you should talk to your employee. I know exactly what I saw in that downstairs restroom in Ishøj Bycenter, and you do not, since you were not there—unless, of course, it was you wearing the black jacket and glasses. ​As for your comment about needing to come inside the restaurant to see what happens: I do not need to follow your employees into the kitchen to know that basic hygiene begins the moment they leave a restroom stall. What I did see happened entirely in plain view of your customers. ​When I watched him walk straight back into the restaurant, the very first thing he did was pick up dirty dishes, glasses, and used utensils from a table where customers had just left. Handling a phone right after using a restroom stall, and then immediately touching used dining ware—all without ever washing his hands—shows a complete disregard for basic hygiene.

07/06/2026: Absolutely fine food without having to pay expensive prices. The location in the city center is not the nicest, but it is easy and tasty food

17/05/2026: I have been eating at City Kebab since I was a child, and it honestly makes me a little sad to write this review. The place used to be one of those places you could always trust. Good service, good atmosphere and quality food. But since the new owners have taken over, I unfortunately haven't been able to recognize the place anymore. I have been there three times to give the place a fair chance. All three times the experience has been bad. The service has gotten significantly worse, and there seems to be a lack of focus on both quality and the customers' orders. A recurring problem every time is that you don't feel listened to. If you say "minus tomato" or ask for something specific to be removed, it still ends up in the food anyway. It may sound like a small thing, but when it happens again and again, it just shows a lack of attention and respect for the customer's order. The biggest problem, however, is the food. Especially the veal. In the past, it was some of the best, but now I have several times felt nauseous after a few bites. This is something I have never experienced with you before. I actually started to wonder if the problem might just be my own sense of taste. So I decided to try something different and ordered a bowl mix with kebab, chicken and fries. Instead I got kebab and chicken with rice. Fair enough, mistakes happen, and I could live with that. But when I took the first bite, I had to put the food down immediately. The taste was so bad that I felt nauseous and ended up throwing the whole meal away. I have never done that before with food from you.

17/05/2026: Had ordered the 30-course Deluxe Menu for a confirmation. It all tasted really good, and there was plenty. Delivered on time. We couldn't be more satisfied 😊👍

27/01/2026: not very good. Too much and too poor quality. Pale filled tartlets (which could not be heated - same with blinis. Empanadas like large buns with little filling. Shop pesto and cheap olives. I didn't use more things. Maybe ok for many hungry young people. Not good enough - but cheap

22/04/2026: Had lunch platter and burger. Fresh and tasty. Perfectly seasoned and with crispy green toppings. Several types of interesting bread. The salmon was particularly good.
