Great filter coffee & the cardamom buns are 10/10!

We stopped by Coffee Collective in Aarhus for a cappuccino and were absolutely delighted. The selection of different beans and special brewing methods is truly impressive and offers plenty to discover, especially for coffee lovers. The cappuccino was top-notch, and we found the price-performance ratio to be perfectly fair. Questions about the different beans were answered competently and courteously, demonstrating that they really know their coffee. A particularly nice touch: water is served free with the coffee. The selection of pastries is also interesting. The cardamom bun wasn't quite to my taste, but if you like cardamom, it's certainly a great option. Overall, a fantastic café with excellent coffee, helpful advice, and fair prices. Definitely worth a visit for coffee lovers in Aarhus.

Recommended. A bit boring BMO, spread with regular butter in advance, but goes well with the coffee.

The pastries are incredibly good, the servers are very friendly, and the setting is superb.

Like almost all cafes in Aarhausen, they have delicious pastries and a good selection of specialty coffees. Everything is a bit pricey, of course. But there's plenty of seating both inside and outside. And the decor is very minimalist. Very cozy.

I tried it for the first time today. The staff were very friendly with warm smiles. The place was busy, of course, and the atmosphere was pleasant. What impressed me was the comfortable seating, but the Americano was very bitter and acidic; I couldn't drink it. The croissants were delicious, fresh, and fluffy. I look forward to trying the place again, perhaps next week, and trying a different type of drink. I visited the place today and ordered a cappuccino with oat milk, and it was wonderful.

Sour espresso. but good pour over

We stumbled upon this café by chance. The atmosphere isn't particularly cozy, but it's functional. About 80% of the customers are working on their tablets. The selection was limited but tasty. The cupcake and hot chocolate were also very good.

The cardamom bun was extremely good. The sugar on top was so sinful but the crunch was very nice. Latte tasted good but a bit on the small side. Nice seats and ambience to read / work in.
