The first thing I did after moving to Copenhagen was joining Copenhagen Cycling Club. Having lived in the Danish countryside for years, I had only followed their activities on social media. Now, three months into my big-city life, I can say I made the best call. Every member I've met has given me a warm welcome, and Charlottenlund, along with the club’s shop, has quickly become my favorite spot around the city. The shop offers an amazing range of gears and stuff, which are as stylish as they are high-quality—definitely hard to resist! And our group rides are now the highlights of my week. I’s really been a grate experience all around. Thanks for Ulle and Steve to bringing us together. //Møjn

Ordered a pair of pocket tights online inside EU with free shipping (total sum exceeding 200 euros) on July 23rd. After a week I received a pair of cheaper model tights without pockets. The product was not in its original package and there was no receipt, or any other documentation for that matter. Had a hard time getting in contact with them to sort out the issue: an unanswered email, unanswered phone calls. Eventually I got in touch with them and they kindly agreed to switch the product and cover any returning costs. I sent the wrong products back by mail, which cost 19,90 euros + some effort. After two weeks I received the right pocket tights. However, to this day, 7th of September I still haven't received the promised compensation for the return costs. I have reminded them about it by email (and provided them a receipt of return shipping costs), which has not been replied to. Now I know what their word is worth: 19,90 euros. One star for the outcome, that in the end, after a ton of extra effort and hassle, I at least got the product that I originally paid for. Wasn't a total scam. Summary: Worst online-shopping experience so far. If you can get the desired product from anywhere else, please, for your own sake, avoid this shop. You've been warned. Edit 16.9.2024: I have been in contact with CCC and they have resolved the issue described above. Return shipping cost (20 euros) has been transferred to me as well as a 20% discount voucher for a possible future purchase. CCC handled the situation professionally and friendly in the end.

Excellent service bought a set of enve wheels from them turned out to be a factory fault in one of the wheels they sent a new wheel free of charge same day Good service is in short supply in today's Denmark But not here 😀 if you need something to ride your bike, highly competent and fine products are highly recommended
