We visited this restaurant on our wedding day, and what was already a special occasion was made truly unforgettable by the wonderful team. Although the kitchen had just closed when we arrived, they still warmly welcomed us and offered us a table. When they discovered it was our wedding day, they went above and beyond in the most thoughtful way — quickly decorating our table to create a lovely, celebratory atmosphere. The food was absolutely excellent, but what really stood out was the kindness and genuine care from the staff. At the end of the evening, they surprised us with a special dessert complete with sparkles, and even took photos and videos for us, which was such a touching gesture. Their hospitality turned a simple dinner into a beautiful memory we will always cherish. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The place is very close to Sonderborg railway station. It was easy to reach. When we went they were serving buffet. The food was really good and delicious. We were party of 7 members. The food choices included both vegetarian and non vegetarian. I was a special case as I eat only jain food. They were really happy to comply with my request and served me nice daal, palak paneer along with tomato green beans curry. The owners are really warm and polite. As we were celebrating my wedding party, as a token of love and affection they served us with nice vegan cake along with super delicious ice-cream. Their mango Lassi is also very good. I would highly recommend. The reservation is easy via their website and they respond fast too. In case of special menu, please inform them in advance like I did. Hence, they have time to prepare. All in all I and my wife and my friends all had a very beautiful and lovely evening.

We recently used Curry Leaves Restaurant services for catering our child's birthday party, and they truly made the celebration special! 🌟 From start to finish, the service was outstanding. They delivered everything right to our place on time, set up beautifully, and presented the food with an elegant fine-dining touch that made our gathering feel extra festive. The menu was perfect for a mixed crowd of kids and adults: Starters were a massive hit — the kids couldn't get enough and kept coming back for more! Main course dishes were flavorful, aromatic, and spot-on authentic Indian tastes. The adults were genuinely impressed and kept complimenting the rich spices and perfect seasoning throughout the evening. Desserts were the cherry on top. Both kids and grown-ups adored them; the little ones were especially thrilled and declared them the best part of the party. What really stood out was how well they kept everything piping hot using proper warmers — no lukewarm food here, even hours into the party. The presentation was stunning, with thoughtful garnishing and all logistics arrangement were well taken care of. The delicious food, combined with the warm, celebratory vibes it brought, truly elevated the entire event. Everyone left happy, full, and raving about the meal. Super experience, great taste variation in the dishes in the buffet. Nice atmosphere and really good service. The food was authentic and delicious. We only paid 129 kr. for our 6 year old child and our 2 year old child ate for free. The buffet is filled up with small portions of food. Great with freshly made food.

Super good service. Food prices are average and about 10% higher but it's worth it. Really good information about the buffet if that's what you want. You can also order dishes. It's definitely not the last time we'll be there

We went to Curry Leaves for dinner and were absolutely amazed by how good the food was. Everything we tried was spectacular — honestly, I’ve never felt this satisfied after a meal. We are visiting from Australia and wanted to try an Indian restaurant while on holiday, and I can confidently say that no Indian restaurant back home comes close to the flavours we experienced here. The food was rich, authentic, and full of taste. There was a wide variety of curries to choose from, so everyone can find something they love. The samosa sauces were especially unique and special — I’ve never tasted anything like them before, and they were incredibly delicious. I highly recommend Curry Leaves to both locals and visitors who want to enjoy something different from Danish food and experience truly amazing Indian cuisine. We will definitely be coming back! 😊
