The wagyu carpaccio was excellent. The cocktails, the fresh seafood, the ambiance was amazing. You should definitely try the citrus pavlova.

Wow. The setting is very chic and the staff professional.
As for the food, it's an explosion of flavors, a delight. Everything is delicious, we had all the vegetarian dishes as well as the bacalao and everything was perfect.
It’s excellent value for money.

I really think Delphine delivers an experience that has it all: fantastic, tasty food, beautiful surroundings, and good service. I was there in 2021 and then twice in March 2025 and the food has really improved since 2021. So don't be fooled by 3-year-old reviews :-)

Fantastic venue, very nicely decorated.
Service was top notch, with very friendly staff.
The reason why a 5th star is not given is the value for money. Prices are based on “Copenhagen high standards”, and the food quality/portion size does not meet these standards.
This being said, we had a great evening.
To be tried at least once for sure.

Great restaurant with delicious food and a cosy atmosphere. The crispy aubergine dish was especially good. Service was friendly and efficient, making for a great dining experience. Would definitely return!

We had dinner at Delphine and started with arancini and oysters. The arancini were absolutely delicious, with a generous portion of three. I didn’t try the oysters, but my girlfriend really enjoyed them.
For the main course, we had Crispy Aubergine in a creamy sauce, which I believe was made from peppers, along with some cheese. The ribeye was simply perfection. The salad and fried squid were also great, and the mayonnaise complemented them beautifully.
To top it off, we had the pavlova for dessert—a delightful treat that’s perfect for sharing. It combined a variety of flavors, from the rich cream and ice cream to the fresh fruits and the crisp, airy meringue.
