Great coffee, but even better almond croissant. Quite possibly the best pastry I have ever tasted. It is attached to the library so that is probably the best place to access it from.

Close to the university, next door there is a library, the truth is that the atmosphere is very cool. The coffee is very good and they make it to you at the moment barista style.
This is what we asked for:
- Cardamom bun: spectacular, very classic style and super delicious.
- Almond croissant: filled with an almond praline and topped with flaked almonds, very good, I would definitely repeat.
- Pain au chocolat: more Parisian, but to try something else, good too, but dispensable.
- Bread with butter and cheese: the classic Danish breakfast, a little more modern, well, to try the typical and something different, but compared to the buns it is not worth it.

Absolutely heavenly cappuccino. Colombian espresso goes perfectly with milk. One of the best, maybe even the best cappuccino I've ever had. The staff is super nice. And you don't have to wait too long either. I'd love to come back.

Guess I was expecting too much on the almond croissant, crispy outside but very little fillings and chips on top, not so much butter scent either. I will keep searching for the best almond croissant anyway.

Democratic Coffee, desafortunadamente, utiliza el tipo de granos de café que están de moda en estos días: el tipo resistente. Si bien el café está bien - preparado y servido en tazas encantadoras, el sabor no es lo mío.
El bollo de cardamomo, por otro lado, era francamente adictivo. Deliciosa.
El bar cafetería se encuentra dentro de la Biblioteca Principal de Copenhague, donde podrá disfrutar de su bebida cómodamente rodeado de estanterías llenas de libros.
