Good value for money. The only downside is that the doors cannot be closed “quietly” from the outside but slam. This means a bit of noise in the hallways.

Quiet, beautiful place. Easy to explore by bike.
Anonymous hotel, rooms are thinly soundproofed.
A bit more personalized service would be nice, at breakfast or when checking in and out.

Toilet paper in the toilet would have been nice. Otherwise nice apartment.

A good deal for the price. Significantly better equipped than some holiday homes in Denmark.
What could be improved: Unfortunately, there was no Nutella for breakfast, and the rolls weren't fresh or had been reheated.
The entrances and parking locations could be sent via a Google Pin; that would be better than a picture.

A very nice holiday apartment in the heart of the city, very close to the castle. The breakfast was also excellent. Very good value for money…

I think everything was fine. I just wish there were fans in our rooms. And we couldn't open the windows in several rooms, so next time we could ask for instructions or something. Otherwise, I thought everything was fantastic!

It's a problem that no one is at the reception. An older lady stood there and had no information about where she was going to stay. We called someone at Sønderborg barracks who is in charge of the company behind The Old Town Hall, but he disclaimed any responsibility and said it was Booking.com who was responsible for the rental.

The hotel is a bit dated, but you immediately feel like royalty upon entering your room, which is named after a royal dignitary and furnished with great attention to detail. I only deduct one point for the service because almost everything is digital. Check-in and check-out, parking, breakfast time, etc. were all digitalized, but it worked well. The hotel is located right in the center of Grasten, just a few meters from a royal summer residence. We only spent one night there, but we enjoyed it!

Just got home after a lovely weekend at the Old Town Hall in Gråsten.
Everything okay - lovely large hotel apartment (Castle view) with plenty of space. Great with a large balcony overlooking the lake and a view of Gråsten Castle.
Lovely breakfast.
This year was the second year in a row we have stayed here, and we will do it again next year.
If I have to say anything - the two sofas in the living room should perhaps be replaced :-)

Great cheap accommodation when you want to be close to the border and the many attractions in South Jutland.
The only downside is that we were promised a room with an electric kettle and there wasn't one. On the other hand, there was free coffee, tea and cocoa in the hallway on the 1st floor.
