Good rooms and nice and clean. Lovely morning food.

Positive: The room was located next to Gråsten Castle's lake, very quiet surroundings. The room was a nice size and we slept well. Negative: Minimal service. We have received far too many messages, both SMS and e-mails with unnecessary information. The room was old and worn, lack of maintenance. TV could not be used, as you had to log in to all streaming sites.

This hotel stay was a good rest stop following a long day of driving from Southern Germany, prior to taking the ferry over to Fyn Island. The location on a walking street, with off-street parking was ideal. The room was comfortable, though it showed its age. One area missed by the cleaning personal was addressed professionally. I have to say that the breakfast buffet was a real highlight.

I have never received so many emails/sms regarding a stay - total mail spam in the annoying way 😣

Self registration and check out, the easiest! Lovely balcony, very close to the bus and train station. Breakfast was good.

We were probably a little unlucky to come on a day when a heat pump motor had gone out, so no hot bath until later in the day. However, the room was nicely renovated and only needed a few small things like a towel for washing and a proper pillow, so it would have been really good. The breakfast staff were very nice to help a little, because there is no one else in the house either for check-in/out or just to ask questions about e.g. when you get hot water. The breakfast was also really good, but it seemed as if they were very new to the business, so if you wanted some extra food or eggs, you just have to ask the staff about it, but they are also nice to help. We were here for 2 days and have been very satisfied with the stay for the price.

The hotel is a self-service hotel, check-in and check-out and all contact is via email, the "room key" is a code to open the room and hotel entrance. Everything was clean and tidy The only staff we saw were at breakfast, who were friendly enough, but lacked the ability to smile, this is seen a lot in the eastern part of Europe Nice stay, thinking of stopping by again, the 'old style' has been retained in the corridors, dining room and hall

Really nice place. V stayed in a really beautiful family room with a living room and two bedrooms. And a view of Gråsten castle. The selection of breakfast was not impressive, but there was what we needed, so it was off the mark. We lived in the middle of the city. We would love to come back.

For the price it was a great room, everything worked. The breakfast was good and the surroundings were very nice.
