The hotel is a self-service hotel, check-in and check-out as well as all contact takes place via email, the "room key" is a code offering the room and hotel entrance. Everything was clean and nice The only staff seen were at breakfast, who were friendly enough but lacked the smile to the extent seen a lot in eastern Europe Nice stay, thinking of stopping by again, the 'old style' has been kept in the corridors, dining room and hall

Really nice place. V stayed in a really beautiful family room with a living room and two bedrooms. And a view of Gråsten castle. The selection of breakfast was not impressive, but there was what we needed, so it was off the mark. We lived in the middle of the city. We would love to come back.

For the price it was a great room, everything worked. The breakfast was good and the surroundings were very nice.

All in all good. It was a bit cold and only a towel.

Super good and cozy. The bed, however, was a bit soft, so you could feel which side the man turned 😁 breakfast was great, eggs and sausages, although cold, otherwise super good. Nice quiet place and super cozy. 😁😁

The hotel is very quiet and well located. However, there is no service in the hotel. There is never a contact person there. There was also no response to an email. I had a problem with the TV. There was no response to my email within my 2 days on site. I don't think that's nice at all. And that annoyed me.

We arrived for our civil wedding and were initially irritated that everything only happened online and that the reception remained empty despite the open door. This eliminates the need for a slightly earlier check-in; special requests must be registered in advance. There were plenty of parking spaces in the area. Unfortunately, the rooms were extremely noisy, you could hear every neighbor watching TV, even late into the night (install new door seals?). The facilities were okay, only the motion-controlled lights in the bathroom are rubbish; when you're in the shower, the light goes out in the middle. Saving electricity is simply different.

The only thing that didn't work was getting in through the front door 🙀

From the booking to the overnight stay, everything went wonderfully. We were amazed that we got a nice, large room (which was very comfortable). So, if we move to this area again, we will definitely book this accommodation again. Thank you 🙏 👍🇩🇰👋

The hotel is purely self-service which makes it a bit difficult. The rooms are getting old and very noisy
