I had ordered a plank steak with beef fillet and red wine sauce. The meat was wonderfully tender and the sauce had good flavor. The service was good, however it seemed a bit strange that they started turning off the lights on the wall at other tables when we were the last ones even though it was only 8:00 PM

Delicious food, however, there were two times the roast beef which was a bit tough but the other 5 were perfect If I come to Vordingborg again I will come again

Simply one of the best steaks I've ever had..... Clearly in the Top 3 of the best steaks I've ever had. Got a festival menu, Starter: hot smoked salmon. - 9/10 Main course: Steak with potatoes and bearnaise sauce 10/10 Dessert: 3 scoops of ice cream, with chocolate sauce on it. - 8/10 However, it's a bit of a letdown that they don't ask if you want potatoes or fries, when both are an option. Plus there's just enough sauce..

Really really good experience!!! We came 5 people on Friday during the festival week and couldn't be more satisfied.. We got both Ribeye and the Festival week menu and everything was so good. Definitely recommended!

30/09/2025: Really nice and quiet place, with its own backyard. You are welcome to bring your dog. The staff is super nice and helpful. Everything is perfect, except for one thing… the price. The small meatless buffet cost 239, a piece of meat is about 100. A “large” soda they write is 50CL, but it feels smaller (especially the glass), so you need 2 of them for 45. So expect 429 per person. That is a nice price for a unique relaxed experience. But the price is too high for it to be a place I want to visit often.
