The coolest bakery I have ever been to. There is self service, but in a very polite way. The store is atmospheric and cozy. The bread tastes fantastic. It scores maximum stars on everything. Let's get more like that.

Super tasty bread. I haven't eaten something so good in a long time. Rolls just as delicious. The Cardamon thing is coming up this afternoon. Looks and smells great too... Glad we found this baker 🤎

One of the best bakeries I've ever been to. Reduced to the essentials, very tasty, perfect sourdough bread. Impossible to get such delicious bread in Germany. A unique concept and a real gem! Thank you very much!

Absolutely amazing BREAD. On my summer trip around Denmark, I want to try as many micro Bakers as I can find Dj baker was one of them and Absolutely best so far 🙂

29/10/2024: A fantastically exciting evening in their entire universe - a menu that made so much sense and hung together well, even though it was multifaceted. 😊 😊
26/10/2024: On 19 October 2024, we had a completely unforgettable experience at Resumé in Den Blå Kirke in Svendborg. Wow. It is Michelin level for 1-2 stars. There was not a single fault with the food, wine and service. We have tried Resumé twice before in the Møllergade premises. But the move to Den Blå Kirke elevates the experience many times over. We will definitely come again and gladly make the trip from Copenhagen.
