Clear candidates for DK's best sourdough bread, the crumb is tough, soft and light with a perfectly balanced sourness and the crust crunchy - like a pork belly, the baking dark and hard with a slightly burnt taste = perfect 👌.... The bread is eaten like candy with just butter on it 🤤

04/04/2025: Nice place with a super service due to the flexible and nice employees. With a family of 5 (the youngest aged 4), the room was not optimally furnished. But otherwise new and nice.
