29/03/2024: Really beautiful, the aesthetic experience fails absolutely nothing, either in terms of food or decor and really nice wine menu .. Fantastically sweet and skilled service. The only thing to put a finger on was the compressed melon. Completely irrelevant. A side note. Likewise, we were a bit used to the fact that there was only 1 menu to choose from. The website gives an impression of 3. They say in the restaurant that you have to order it in advance, but I don't think the booking system allows that.

26/03/2024: On arrival, we were hit by a "smell of a grill bar", a scent that we could take with us after a good evening with wine that didn't quite match the food. Not quite the experience we previously had at the site.

30/03/2024: Enchanting getaway in South Funen! Thank you for great food, wine and service. We are already looking forward to coming again!

19/02/2024: En stor og varm anbefaling af Stella Maris. Det har ganske enkelt været et helt særlig oplevelse at tjekke ind på Stella Maris for et par dage. Der er tænkt på alle detaljer og personalet topper det med en meget varm og personlig service. Jeg glæder mig til at komme igen.

22/12/2023: I aften var det planen at fri til min smukke, nu forlovede, og jeg havde selvfølgelig planlagt at vi skulle have 7 retters menu inklusiv vinmenu. Maden var helt fantastisk, faktisk har jeg aldrig fået så god mad, på trods af at jeg ofte går på gode restauranter. Vin menuen var perfekt, den kan virkelig anbefales! Først var vi i tvivl om vinmenuen, men det var alle pengene værd, der blev fyldt op ofte og vi manglede ikke noget. Derudover kunne vi kun havde købt 2-3 flasker vin (fra den billige ende) for samme pris og vi fik mange gode forskellige vine at det klart var at foretrække. Jeg havde informeret Resturanten om mit frieri og adspurgte dem om de ville tage imod en flaske champagne og glas, som vi kunne tage med derfra. På resturanten fik de det til at se ud som om de gav en flaske på husets regning (1000 tak) så min kæreste ikke fattede mistanke. De pakkede den endda i deres egen pose og champagnen var perfekt nedkølet. Jeg kan kun takke og give 5 stjerner! Derudover skal det nævnes at vi måtte ombokke 2 gange, da vi holdte i kø på Storebælt i 3 timer, Resturanten var helt perfekt. 1000 tak for en fantastisk aften. Min oplevelse var madkunst i højeste klasse, geniale vinvalg og fantastisk service.

06/10/2023: The ice cream was really tasty and the scoops were quite big. Everything in the store seemed clean and well-kept. The service was very nice. By Danish standards the price is okay.

04/10/2023: Tastes fantastic, at least as good as the ones you buy in Italy. The price is quite ok.

31/03/2024: Lovely evening Easter Saturday. Completely sold out, but still a personal and present service that has complete control over both food and wine, without stress. The chef comes by all the tables and asked if everything was as it should be. Nice, well-composed menu, accompanied by good wines. Lovely place. There are many people, as is often the case in French bistros, but that also says something about the quality 👍
