We got here by chance on a short weekend break on Zealand and decided spontaneously to have lunch at the bistro. Outstanding service and amazing food. Highly recommended. Would love to come back

Den treretters menu, som var en del af det sæsonophold, vi havde booket, var over al forventning. Dragsholm huser også en Michelin restaurant. Det har i den grad smittet af på slottets Bistro. Vi skal helt sikkert tilbage hertil. Meget dejlig madoplevelse.

Really beautiful location, cosy castle atmosphere, exquisite views and highly attentive staff. No vegetarian or vegan options. Chef kindly made me a large version of the vegetarian starter (an assortment of undercooked root veg), but that really wasn't my kind of dish.

There is a lack of lighting from parking spaces to the castle. It is completely unsuitable for driving in the dark on the cobblestones.

Exquisite restaurant. The waiters spent good time explaining each course. The Klipping rosé is just extraordinary.

We deviated off the drive from Odense to Copenhagen to have a nice meal in a castle. The castle delivered, but the meal did not. Honestly, the food was just OK. Cold food, servers that forgot about us. Not the standard you’d expect from a place that touts its connection to a Michelin-starred restaurant. Cozy ambiance, though.
