Dronning Louise Esbjerg

We went there in a nice sunny Saturday and there was an amazing atmosphere! It was very lively and the most filled restaurant there. The food was very good and the service was nice as well! The portion sizes were large and for me that is a good thing 😊 the drinks were also quite nice. Would definitely visit next time I’m in Esbjerg.

Dronning Louise is centrally located in the middle of the square in Esbjerg, making it an obvious meeting place for both locals and visitors. One of the great advantages of the place is the opportunity to sit outside, where you can enjoy your meal under heat lamps - perfect for the cooler evenings when you still want to be part of the city's pulse. The location provides a wonderful view of the square and city life. The service deserves special praise for being welcoming and service-minded. They are attentive to the guests' needs and contribute to the good atmosphere. The prices are at the upper end of the scale, so it is not the cheapest place in town. But in return you get quality, good service and a lovely location. All in all, Dronning Louise is a good choice if you are looking for a place with decent food, cozy surroundings and friendly service in the middle of Esbjerg city center - just be prepared to pay a little extra for the experience.​​

I've been to Dronning Louise several times, and I think it's a very pleasant bar in the afternoons, and quite lively on weekends. There's usually live music on Friday and Saturday nights. If you like trying different types of beer, they have something like 24 different beers on tap. And if you're not sure which one you prefer, they'll give you a taste. They also serve food; the menu isn't very extensive, but everything is quite good. The prices are high compared to what we Spaniards are used to, but nothing extraordinary for Denmark.

Fantastically good food in an equally fantastic environment. A visit is recommended.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. No recomendaría pedir la hamburguesa de queso azul a menos que realmente te guste el queso azul. La tabla de tapas era muy agradable como lo era el vino. El servicio un poco lento a veces, pero sí movimos mesas dentro y estaban ocupados.
