Really delicious food and great atmosphere - we have been here several times and will definitely come back. Tempting and good ingredients in dishes that are beautifully composed and prepared. Highly recommended from here!

The giant tartlet may be famous, but it doesn't taste any better than anywhere else. Go there for the Echo Valley, not the giant tartlet.

Today was a big day in the culinary kitchen. We had reserved a table for 11:30, on a lovely sunny summer day. When we arrived at the cozy restaurant with good parking, we were immediately shown to our table, which was outside under large umbrellas, so it was nice to be able to stand the sun and hey, smart if it rained. The umbrellas cover the entire terrace. The staff was very welcoming and jokes were made and "robber stories" were told, so now the mood is set. We ordered our food and drinks and immediately afterwards it was on our table, delicious and hot. We were asked if everything was good, I miss that often, in a genuine way and not just in an indifferent way. There is no internet coverage, but it is just a liberation, then you can enjoy each other and talk to each other, instead of looking at that phone. So take those pictures of the food and put the phones away and enjoy the atmosphere. So all in all. The tartlets tasted really good, delicious meat and a lovely creamy sauce. They also offered a dish with slices of roast beef, fried eggs placed on a base of toasted rye bread, it tasted heavenly and there is enough. The surroundings are authentic and a good opportunity to burn off some calories afterwards, with a walk in the echo valley (2.5 km walk) The staff is welcoming, happy and have cracked the code of how to treat their customers, thank you for that. The price is more than fair, with everything you get. I can only recommend this wonderful place. We will definitely be back.

We visited Ekkodalshuset and had the world's best and biggest tartelette 😃 it tasted heavenly and was served by the sweetest staff, and there was room for both laughter and conversation 🤗 will definitely come again 🥰

Very good tartelets. All 3 of us had a tartelet and we were all very happy with the choice. First time I was full after just one tartelet. Tasted homemade and feels homemade from good ingredients just as the menu promised. We had the citrus lemonade also which is very very tasty as well. If you visit Ekkodalen plan your lunch here also. You will not regret. From what I heard all their food is very tasty. Service is greatly performed by happy and smiling staff. Surroundings are fantastic and on a sunny day everything is just great there.
