Came for lunch. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so a bit of a tame atmosphere. Food ok, but not a big menu.

Nice and delicious. Good young service, attentive and helpful. Food okay. Wine recommendation right on the spot.

Very good Spanish restaurant, great food and very good service!

There is nothing quite like a Copenhagen summer day with a bright blue sky, and my recent visit to El Mesón captured that feeling perfectly. If you are looking for a spot that blends the vibrant atmosphere of a Spanish taberna with the quintessential charm of a Danish summer, this is exactly where you need to be. ​Sitting outside under the clear blue sky, it felt like a little holiday in the middle of the city. The outdoor seating provided the perfect vantage point to enjoy the weather while soaking in the lively energy of the street. ​The food was, without question, the highlight of the afternoon. We ordered a selection of tapas, and every dish was packed with authentic flavor. It is rare to find a place that maintains such high quality across a broad menu, but the kitchen here clearly knows its craft. From the perfectly prepared seafood to the rich, savory meat dishes, everything was fresh and served with care.

Fantastic Spanish restaurant, we had the Tapas menu, it tasted like angels singing, Scandinavia's oldest Spanish restaurant. You won't regret eating here😀
