I placed an order for a Restrap Switch Rack Cage at the listed price (399 kr.), and the order was confirmed with a message stating it was being prepared for pickup. Three days later, the order was cancelled and refunded, with the explanation that there had been a “bug” in their webshop affecting prices. What I find subpar is that: The price was not obviously “incorrect”. It aligned with the manufacturer’s own pricing. The order had already been confirmed. The same product was later listed at a significantly higher price, around 1,100+ kr. I reached out for clarification immediately after the cancellation and, to date, have not received a response. Nothing at all. Overall, this left me with little confidence in their pricing transparency and order handling. I won’t be shopping here again.
