Absolutely poor service and customer care. You let a customer stand in line for +15 minutes and then tell him to go back to the start… because there are apparently two lines… very large store/restaurant apparently. By the way, you could sense that hygiene was of a very low standard!

08/11/2025: As soon as I entered there was a good atmosphere. Everyone was sitting and enjoying themselves and eating. My order was ready in a minute. The food was fantastic as always. Best fast food chain in Denmark.
28/10/2025: The store was very clean and tidy. The customer service and interaction was very pleasant. The terminals all worked, but they needed to be wiped down more often, as you can see a lot of fingerprints. The food was very good, as you'd expect from Sunset.
