Food is fantastic and amazing value so for those reasons I’d definitely go back. Downside are the whole wait system - you have to wait hours for a table, and then when you finally get one they squash you on a table with strangers. If you can get over that then you will have a great meal cause the food is delicious and the vibe is quite cool.

Really good food. There is no finger to put on it. Due to the popularity, a star is removed from the service. They don't have enough time for everyone. The atmosphere is moderate as expected, but not at the top.

We went on a super busy Friday evening which meant that it was also a long shot in terms of getting indoor seating. However, it’s possible to get the pasta as takeaway right next to the main store which was nice. The waiter allowed us to wait inside the bar area while our food was on the way. We ordered two times carbonara and a focaccia. The focaccia was probably the best I’ve ever had, my god was it moist and chewy. Beautiful taste. The carbonara was also good, however both of us felt like it should have had a dash more of salt and/or guanciale. All in all however great experience.

Fabro exceeded our expectations. The ambiance was great, and the food was delicious. We tried the carbonara and vodka pasta, accompanied by two wines and finished off with a delightful tiramisu dessert. I highly recommend this place; the service was excellent, and the restaurant's style is quite captivating.

Very nice spot. No line on Friday 15 minutes from opening (16:15). Beautiful spot, focaccia is fantastic. I wish I went with the pomodoro pasta instead. Overall it is in a lovely location and a great dinner spot if you’re willing to go early (line was huge by 5:15)

One of the best Italians in the city! At the Fabro restaurant, we enjoyed the delicious gnocchi as a starter and carbonara and vodka pasta (I don't have a photo of the latter because it was so good that I forgot). The vodka pasta had a spicy kick and was our favorite. We were lucky because we didn't have to wait, but I think there is usually a line.

We waited maybe 20 mins to get a table, but the service and food definitely made up for it! This was some of the best pasta I’ve ever had, you have to try it! We all ordered a dish each, then ordered more! Couldn’t get enough

Delicious food - I would especially recommend the bread with olive oil & salt starter. The only drawback with this restaurant is that we found the process for waiting for a table quite confusing and ended up just getting a takeaway from them instead. The food was very good regardless and the staff were very polite.
