Fabro is a little hidden gem in the heart of Copenhagen. The pasta is freshly made and tastes fantastic — we had pomodoro and carbonara, both were exceptional. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, the service is warm and informal. You can feel that there is soul and love in everything. One of the best pasta experiences I have had in Copenhagen. The absolute best pasta place in all of Copenhagen, really good service and happy employees! I would really recommend everyone to visit this place 🙏🏻 They also own the bar fiasco next door, which is the coziest and most atmospheric bar.

The food is very good, but the service and the staff leave something to be desired. Out of 3 waiters, 2 refused us 3 hours before the restaurant closed, saying they were no longer taking customers. Luckily for the kindest of the waiters, the dark-haired boy with tattoos, who offered us the chance to have dinner at their restaurant.

Not worth the 2 hr wait, multiple avaiable tables, yet they wait 5-10 minutes calling new people from the waitlist, feels like they purposely generate artificial wait times, to give a sense of exclusivity or illusion of it being worth people waiting for. Was good but not that good.

We arrive early, before 1 p.m. one day a week, and I'd say that's the key to avoiding waiting lists and queuing. It's worth it; the pasta is delicious, the street it's on has a SoHo vibe, and it's a pleasant place.

A true stumbled upon gem. Wonderful pasta and fantastic tiramisu and espresso. Great service with a super friendly atmosphere . Will forever regret not asking what the house white was!

Really good, and affordable, local pasta shop. I loved their setup for getting a table. Put your name on the chalk board and they'll get to you when they have something available. The atmosphere was great (besides the chilly wind) and the seating outside was really nice. Ordered: peach, stracciatella and tomato salad and focaccia with olive oil antipasti and they were really good. Then we got the vodka rigatoni (my favorite) and carbonara. They were both really good (although the cold wind outside cooled them off really fast, just to note it). Then we got the tiramisu which was really good.
