11/10/2026: We waited 40 mins to get our food yesterday, when we asked after 30mins in frustration we were told that they have a new menu and it’s taking a longer time, which we were not warned about at the point of ordering. In any case for a restaurant that only has 4 ramens on the menu, it is frankly unacceptable. All the soup bases would have been pre made in advance. We also saw about 10 take away/delivery orders being given away while we (and everyone else eating inside) were waiting 40+ mins for food. Again, unacceptable. If you are above capacity for orders, delivery service must be stopped and actual sitting down customers prioritized. I won’t be coming back, ramen shouldn’t take more than 5-10 mins to serve ever.

19/09/2026: The ramen was tasty and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately the service was quite disorganised. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 30-minute wait for food because they had too many orders and weren’t sure how many they could serve. We decided to wait, but shortly afterwards another customer arrived, was served by a different staff member and was able to order immediately. Later that same evening, two groups who ordered after us received their food before we did. We raised the issue on both occasions, but unfortunately nothing seemed to change. Overall, the experience felt like there was some miscommunication between staff and no clear system for managing orders and serving customers. This may have been due to a particularly busy day, but better coordination and clearer ownership of the customer flow would have made a big difference. I would come back because the ramen was good and the atmosphere is lovely, but I’d recommend bringing some patience, especially on busy days.
