Another amazing dining experience

Central location down below street level is this wonderful restaurant where the chef obviously cares about fermentation and flavour. The seasonal tasting menu was varied and well balanced but full of flavour. Extensive sake selection, warm interior and friendly service means I’ll definitely be back and recommend to others.

Really good service. Also from the kitchen when we asked for vegitar / pescetar alternatives to everything, and they did it with brilliance and creativity "on the fly" The food was delicious and sake pairings were exquisite. Highly recommended.

Small, cozy and contemporary. Anything less than 5 stars is an insult, every dish we tried was better than the last, incredible produce and service
