Cool New Year's Eve with lovely food, atmosphere and delicious wines

It was good, well served. A warm, quiet atmosphere, tasty mussels and fries, all washed down with a Christmas cocktail 🎄 🎅. What a good time

Immediately after deciding on ordering, where we were well aware that a "service" fee was added, it surprised us that it was a whopping DKK 66. per envelope. It did not bode well for the experience. If you had increased the price by DKK 100/envelope and without a service fee, we would have just paid and not sat with uncertain expectations and paying unreasonably for service we do not get At each course, the waiter (waiter?) presented the wine to one of our guests without involving the rest of us and not at all the ladies at the table, one of whom was quite interested in wine. Mentioned this to a waiter serving 4th course with wine menu and asked for knowledge of which red wine we were drinking. She picked up the bottle and stated that it was a red wine, that it was French, strong and fruity. When asked what part of France the wine came from, she had to go straight out and ask and came back and informed Northern France. We didn't get any wiser from that - but it kind of set the level! When we had to present the New Year's menu, a "goodie bag" came as promised - for 4. We stated that we would immediately split up into pairs and asked that it be split in two. It couldn't be done! After approx. However, after 15 minutes, a paper bag arrived, which we could divide the contents ourselves.

Beautifully decorated, really good atmosphere, sublime service and a nice and lovely well-composed menu. Top marks 👏👍🇩🇰
