I would like to recommend Ristorante Firenze in Skagen, an authentic Italian gem that has been part of the soul of the city for almost 30 years. The restaurant is run by the passionate Franco Bueti and his family, and here there is a very special atmosphere, where you really feel like a part of the southern Italian lifestyle. The harmonious Italian music fills the premises, and you can feel the warm, Italian humor and elegance in every moment. It is an experience to eat here, and the warm hospitality makes the place something very special. I chose to try two dishes from the menu, and they lived up to the restaurant's high standard: Pizza Skagen: A wonderful pizza with tomato, cheese, sliced ​​beef tenderloin, onion and gorgonzola. The base was perfect – crispy on the edge and light, but still with a good filling. The beef tenderloin was plentiful, and the gorgonzola added a wonderful, but not overwhelming flavor. The taste experience was simply incomparable, and the extra spice of chili oil and garlic in oil lifted the dish to an even higher level. Spaghetti Carbonara: The best Carbonara I have ever tasted! Spaghetti al dente, surrounded by a creamy cream sauce perfectly matched with eggs and bacon. It was all so well balanced, and the bacon was wonderfully abundant. With a side of spices and either Pecorino Romano or Parmesan, this was a true taste experience that truly lived up to our expectations. Ristorante Firenze is more than just a meal; it is a journey to Italy, and you can feel that Franco Bueti and his family have truly created a home for both locals and visitors. If you are in Skagen, this is a must-visit place, where both the food and the atmosphere create unforgettable memories.

Were there on the afternoon of February 27, 2025 with 4 adults and ordered pizza. We were the only guests and were served quickly and friendly. The waiters spoke English and were able to communicate well with him. Food came quickly and was good. Nothing special but good, solid food. We would definitely come back again

I opted for the Filetto Alla Griglia, a 250g grilled tenderloin served with a baked potato, vegetables, and a choice of garlic butter or béarnaise sauce. The steak was expertly cooked, tender, and flavorful, making for an unforgettable meal. The ambiance is inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home, complemented by friendly and attentive service. The Bueti family also offers a curated selection of wines, personally chosen from vineyards around the world, which truly enhances the experience.
