Friendly waiters and nicely cooked seafood. They add 3.5% on non European cards which is a bit odd to me but maybe that’s the norm in Denmark.

Great service The food was good, but nothing more than that. The main course in particular was a bit strange as the sauce was very strong, like a sauce for roast, so the fish had completely disappeared.

We had a really great time, the food was fantastic - we got oysters and ceviche for starters and cod and the fish of the day for mains. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for high-quality seafood in a cozy and welcoming setting.

Fish from the cold seas prepared in an interesting, relatively simple way with a discrete, yet fancy touch of earthy components. Northern exposure miles away from the Mediterannean seafood style in the most positive sense. Moderate prices considering the Danish high price standards.

Very good 2 course lunch. We added oysters, Irish one was best, really good. And the menu far better than average for Kgs Nytorv. Best first course for years. Very very good service! Recomendable.

The absolutely perfect lunch. Two oysters to start with. Especially the Irish one is worth remembering another time. Halibut for starter. Perhaps the best starter this year (have eaten more than a few...) The cod for the main course perfectly pan-fried with a fine potato puree, kale and beetroot on a sauce that blended nicely. The wine is poured generously and the service is also excellent.

Ein sehr lebendiges Restaurant! Das Restaurant hat viel von meinem Geschmack getroffen. Für einen Abend zu zweit scheint es auf Grund der geringen Größe nicht so geeignet, anders täuscht. Wir hatten einen schönen zwei Damen Abend. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und auch offen Erfahrungen zu teilen. Das Essen ist sehr solide gekocht, es dominiert natürlich Fisch, der in verschiedenen Zubereitungsarten mit guten Kombinationen an Beilage angeboten wird. Die Weinkarte ist reichhaltig mit einigen guten Tropfen. Gerne spreche ich eine Empfehlung für dieses Restaurant aus.

We spotted this restaurant our first afternoon in Copenhagen. We walked in, spoke to the hostess and secured a reservation for an early dinner that evening. When we returned later, we were greeted and seated. The menu was inviting and we were happy with everything we ordered: a dozen oysters from France to share; perfectly cooked pan-fried turbot with a white sauce flecked with tiny vegetables and chives, accompanied by a small copper pot of boiled potatoes; and a dessert of local strawberries and vanilla ice cream with a berry sauce. It was easily the most expensive meal we had in Copenhagen (those oysters!) but worth it. It's a pretty, well-lit restaurant. Service was smooth, the meal was well-paced, the decibel level was comfortable (except for a wailing infant whose poor parents had a very interrupted meal as they took turns walking outside with the child). We enjoyed everything about this meal.
