Well, it was very cozy but a bit fake. I felt there was too little room for fun and games.

Very nice cafe in a greenhouse in the park for simple food and drinks. Cozy atmosphere!

“It feels like an oasis in the middle of the city” were the words spoken by the server. We couldn’t agree more. The atmosphere was cozy in the middle of the vegetation with a glimpse of the lake. Food was great. Simple with great quality ingredients for a good price compared to similar locations. We had a croque croissant, a homemade bun with butter and cheese and the kanelsnegl (a cinnamon roll). The cinnamon roll was one of the greatest we ever had. Coffee was also very good, with a well prepared cappuccino served at the correct temperature just like the ones from the best Italian cafes. Staff were amazing. Friendly and welcoming.

A place with a very sweet atmosphere

Situated at the top end of the park, we came across this lovely cafe on our first trip to Copenhagen. Staff were lovely, polite and helpful. The guy serving the coffees appeared to be treating every individual coffee with hyperfocused attention. When I asked for milk for my tea (well I am British), there was no hesitation unlike some other places. Drinks were lovely, food was great, nice and quiet, great views, went twice.

I've walked by Flindt & Ørsted countless times while living in Copenhagen and finally stopped in. The service was a bit underwhelming, but I’d still return just for the atmosphere — it’s absolutely lovely, especially on a sunny day. I had a latte and a bun with butter and cheese, which was decent, though not a standout in the city. Still, it was a charming spot to sit outside and watch families and dog walkers pass by. Worth it for the vibe alone.
