Floranda's Brasserie og Restaurant Tønder

Despite some very bad reviews, we decided to try the buffet here since we were staying at the hotel. At over 300 kroner per person, it's the most expensive buffet I've had on the island so far. It consists of a few salads, a lot of meat in various styles, side dishes, and dessert in the form of ice cream, yogurt, and cake. I didn't see any fish dishes. However, what was offered tasted good. I think it lacks variety for the price. Other buffets are cheaper and offer more variety. I also found the service at the other buffet nearby to be much more attentive, and the food was better and cheaper. If you're staying at the hotel, it's convenient because you don't have to go anywhere else, and the bill is paid through your hotel bill.

The food is freshly prepared and tasty, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Last year we had the buffet meal and had no negative experiences then either.

A very nice omelet, almost too nice; we could have easily made two plates with it. Very good, and good value for money.
