Terrible service. We were expecting everything to be top notch considering all the reviews and everything we’d heard. Pacing of the food was too slow, the table was left messy between courses and not was cleaned up until we asked, and the wine glasses were left on the table for hours. There were no serving plates or spoons provided for our starters that were meant to be shared and when we tried asking for plates, the server told us “excuse me, I can’t do 5 things at once” even though we only asked him once. The food itself was very delicious and flavor forward. It’s a shame the service does not match that same quality.

Absolute favorite date spot, delicious food, excellent service, professional management and fantastic atmosphere from start to finish.

Absolute superstar in Copenhagen. Tasting menu was great from start to finish with great wine pairing. All time favourite and must have is gnocchi 😊

The food at Frank was excellent — easily the highlight of the evening. Everything we had was flavorful, well executed, and felt thoughtfully put together. Unfortunately, the pacing really hurt the experience. The waits between courses were far too long, and after dinner it took so long for anyone to come take our dessert order that we eventually gave up and left without having dessert. Our reservation was at 8:15 PM and we didn’t leave until around 10:00 PM, which felt excessive for the amount of food we had. The kitchen is clearly very strong, but the service timing needs improvement because it took away from what otherwise would have been a great dinner.

Delicious food, solid wine list at reasonable prices. Great service and an atmosphere where the noise level is not louder than you can actually have a conversation 😊 And flexible in terms of accommodating vegetarian requests.

Really enjoyed our lunch at Frank. The staff were also super accommodating of our 5 month old baby, and let us bring the stroller inside too. Food is delicious - loved the lobster agnolotti and the strawberry tarte tatin especially.

Food, super good. Fair value for a classic Copenhagen Nordic menu experience. But! You sit too close to people. All seems a bit rushed - we missed our "ordering window" (we needed 2 min extra) but ended waiting 15 min after that and then everything after that felt 'delayed'. Waiters were rushing to explain menu and wine, though with a smile and everything, they were just stretched with the number of people. We ordered the expensive 'curated' wine menu. It was fine, but just good classic wines, nothing outstanding to remember except the pinot. Glasses were unfortunately too small, to the point where it became a detraction from the experience. Having been there many years ago, it seems like in the new rooms while still providing a good experience it is all a bit too much like a machine where they have to churn a number of guests.

My overall experience was fantastic! Really warm friendly staff, cosy atmosphere and incredible food.
