Had a really wonderful, relaxed meal here with my family on our recent visit to Copenhagen. We're largely vegetarian, and I've found Frede & Vester's to be one of the best options for us in the city. We had a veggie omelette, shakshouka, and power bowl. I'd recommend all of them. Also, the decor is great. Beautiful colors for the tables, seats, walls, and even the bathrooms!

Really delicious omelette with salmon, a bit limited selection of food. The employees seemed mostly just busy but were friendly. The noise level was high and we missed some acoustic panels on the walls, but we were there at the busiest time, almost all tables were occupied. All in all, worth a visit.

Nice, healthy, well located. We could pay with Amex. Between the cars kids and coffee machine it’s a bit noisy but i also have a headache so that doesn’t help 504 Swedish kr for 2 people

We ordered an omelette, an iced latte, a chicken sandwich and two juices. Everything was really delicious. We can definitely recommend this beautiful place!

16/09/2026: A pleasant, completely accidental discovery: truly friendly staff, quick service. Superb product quality, incredible sandwich. Best lunch of our entire trip to Denmark.
01/09/2026: Seriously one of the best sandwiches I have ever had! I got the lox and pesto sandwich and it was phenomenal - served on delicious fresh focaccia with lots of crisp and bright lettuces. My boyfriend got the fried chicken sandwich with spicy mayo, and it was similarly fresh and delicious. The case was filled with so many wonderful fresh prepared foods and herbs, and the service was fast even at a busy lunch hour. If you’re looking for a fresh and bright local lunch option, this is the place to go!

30/04/2026: We visited this Mexican place in Copenhagen for lunch and absolutely loved it. We tried the mango tacos with pulled jackfruit, and the combination of mango and pineapple was incredible—such a unique mix of flavors and unlike any tacos we’d had before. It was our first time trying something like this, and we were genuinely impressed. We also had the Mission District bowl, which was equally flavorful and satisfying. Overall, a fantastic experience with creative, delicious food that’s definitely worth a visit.
