Fyrkroen Gribskov

We were a party of 13 people celebrating a special birthday, and it was a fantastic experience: the waiter was incredibly attentive, polite and in a good mood. We were given a menu that consisted of a number of really delicious dishes, especially the starter with lobster was a real pleasure. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We didn't eat but enjoyed the beautiful northern lights.

We were 15 people for lunch. All dishes were made from super good and fresh ingredients, beautifully presented and served quickly and friendly. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is cozy. The staff is nice and very attentive to special requests. I can definitely recommend Fyrkroen.

Really cozy place with good food and service. However, it takes more than 20 minutes to walk from the harbor to the restaurant

We had a lovely lunch on the terrace of this classical Danish Kro a Sunday end of August. We had tried to reserve without success as instructed over their telephone line and therefore came early to have a table. The place rapidly filled up but service was quick thanks to a large number of young and enthusiastic staff. Like always in Denmark, lunch is called frokost= breakfast in Swedish and consists of sandwiches, mostly on rye bread with a large variety of toppings. You should drink a cold beer, eventually accompanied by a small schnapps to optimise your digestion. Highly recommended if you like this kind of food.
