I absolutely love Ganløse Kro, and the whole atmosphere there. The food is always fantastic, and I just had a big party there. They served the most delicious food, and of course (it's a real inn) came in with a second serving of the main course. Hot smoked salmon with fresh asparagus for a starter, old-fashioned roast beef for a main course (it was so tender you could chew it with your eyebrows) Apple cake for dessert, and then you're so full you have to be carried out to the car. The best part is that it's for "human money" so you can afford to come back. By the way, they have roast pork ad libitum on Tuesdays. That's also fantastic. The staff is just fantastic, and you leave with a smile on your face.
