Ganløse Kro Egedal

Stægt flæsk og persille sauce ad libitum - about as good as it gets in DK. Unfortunately the place has grown and expanded and the service wasn't top notch. The atmosphere in the area we were seated was noisy - hard to have a conversation around the table.

Was with a group, a bit lethargic staff Food was edible.but won't be back

There is a cozy inn where the staff is nice. We ordered the homemade stew with rice and steak with bearnaise. The food tasted ok, but you probably come more for the coziness and to support the environment than the taste. The steak was supposed to be medium but was very well done and the stew didn't taste of much but there was a lot of it.

We have visited Ganløse Kro several times and have always been very satisfied with both the food and the good atmosphere. We are therefore sorry that there is no disabled toilet. Although there is disabled access, the lack of a suitable toilet unfortunately means that we have difficulty continuing to visit with family and friends. We very much hope that at some point you will consider establishing a disabled-friendly toilet, so that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a visit to Ganløse Kro.

Good food and good service and good atmosphere

Roasted pork in ample quantities, although a somewhat dry experience. Service nice and authentic inn atmosphere.

Delicious roast beef and sweet service and a good atmosphere, not the last time we set foot inside there.

Great food, nice service. But there is room for improvement. 50 minutes waiting time for food is on the long side. And because there are many companies eating the dish of the day, it should be possible to order something else on the menu. Otherwise, you should consider whether there should be fewer options on the menu. Therefore, be prepared to wait a good while if you order something other than the dish of the day.

Delicious food at a good price and in decent quantities. If you're into old-fashioned Danish food in the right way, Ganløse Kro is a safe bet.
