02/06/2025: What an evening - This is food at the highest level. We were simply blown away by one fantastic dish after another. All dishes were carefully thought out in everything from taste to visuals and all wines are carefully matched to suit the individual dish. A small place that doesn't make a big deal of itself. You have to know what you're looking for. Allergies or other elements that you want to avoid have been taken care of well, and the staff knew immediately who should have what. The only small niggle was that there was perhaps just the bottom of the wine in the glass, when it should last between the dishes and under the dish it was intended for. The portion sizes are also just on the upper side, when you get 7 dishes plus the loose - but that's a "luxury problem"
