I was at a wedding party and the staff was extremely professional. They were super good at planning with the toastmaster and were very attentive to places they could help. Highly recommended if you are having similar events.

Beautifully situated. On a lake. Nice and quiet.

A hotel that's far from a four-star rating. While cozy, it's rather run-down. The bathroom, in particular, is in dire need of renovation. The room is okay and the bed comfortable. The walks are short, but the breakfast room has the charm of a cafeteria or canteen. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly—it's worth doing once in a while.

The room had the hardest bed I've ever slept in. Not good at all! That's actually the only reason for the slightly bad review. The glass table in the room with an office chair on both sides was a bit of a strange solution in my opinion. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good. The breakfast was very good! Loved it! In good weather it didn't bother me that it was in a different building across the road. The parking lot was often almost full, but I was always able to park my car there.

The hotel is quite a dated concept, but effort has been made to modernise the look and feel. The restaurant area is particularly impressive (see photos). Hotel will tick your boxes if you are looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable stop off. One of the attempts to modernise is the advanced check-in and keyless room entry through your mobile. Be warned there is an issue where, unless you have checked in the old way at reception, the air con does not work.

We held a staff meeting yesterday, approx. 400 people from Vallensbæk. We ate, they were welcoming, helpful & smiling. When we asked for help, show us to the premises we now had to find.
