A little hassle with the price at check-out, but the smiling staff figured it out with me.

I was wondering what I’d done having changed my reservation to here before reading reviews. I needn’t have worried. Frankly the negative reviews make me wonder if they were in a different hotel. Noise? It’s by a main road. 2 in fact. Still no problem - I had my window open and slept like a baby. Dodgy folk hanging around? Didn’t see any. Location? It’s out of town. You ought not be surprised that there isn’t much around. Other plus points. Staff were lovely - helpful, friendly, cheerful. Parking is free. HUGE bonus. Seemed secure too. Certainly I had no problem. Restaurant was excellent and surprisingly good value. I’ll be back regularly - I prefer it to the in town hotel i usually use.

Everything was neat and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was of decent quality. Unfortunately, the bar was closed on Saturday, but drinks were served at reception. The location is easily accessible by public transport. Thank you, I'll be back.

I have to admit that it has been many years since I was last at this Scandic hotel and I was there as an employee :) it has changed positively super nice reception, lounge and restaurant wow you have to have not all that grey and boring. Rooms have also been given a refreshing thumps up it feels homely and good and good beds. We actually only came from an emergency situation it was not at all the intention that we were going to sleep there but we do not regret it the night porter who was at the reception was super sweet nice and welcoming and helpful and found us a room even though he had so many challenges with the system that kept freezing and going down etc. It's a shame that he has to have such problems with every person who has to check in because I was not the only one so it took a long time to check in so we had to wait a long time to get a room. That's why I would give the staff 5 stars but your system drags it down on service so I would only give it 3 stars. The room is also missing some toiletries I think there could be some toothbrushes and toothpaste. We had to buy your green toothpaste and toothbrushes at a huge overprice and more toothpaste than necessary which was a bit poor. Location ok close to the highway and right next to Roskildevej super but you have to drive all the way around the hotel to get out I don't see any point in it. But I can still warmly recommend the hotel and could come again if necessary.

The only downside is the hotel restaurant which is only open from Monday to Friday. Also, the restaurant menu is not that great.

Sauna/Gym - 1st floor: Key access. 5-minute walk to a NETTO supermarket: 07:00~22:00

I had a really good stay at Scandic Glostrup. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection, and the hotel's location makes it easy to get around the area. I can definitely recommend Scandic Glostrup.

The restaurant could be open from Monday to Sunday so you wouldn't have to go to other hotels to eat.

I stayed for work for a few days, which I think is also the hotel's target audience. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is well-prepared. There's a wide selection and it's fresh. Dinner is also excellent. A small menu, but still plenty of choice and tasty dishes. The room door wasn't quite right, so it wouldn't close properly. Luckily, I figured this out in time. It was also a bit noisy outside in the evening with loud people, so sleeping with the window open wasn't really an option. Otherwise, everything was well taken care of, and we had a pleasant stay.
