A good hotel with wonderful staff. After staying in this hotel for 3 nights, I confidently suggest you stay in this hotel if you plan to travel to the beautiful city of Copenhagen with your car. The check-in was done very quickly and they treated us with respect and kindness. The distance from the hotel to the city center is 20 minutes by car, and you will benefit from the hotel's free and safe parking. Very good breakfast and hotel attendants always check the tables to charge it if needed. I think this breakfast menu will satisfy any taste. (5 types of cold drinks, milk, and coffee along with various herbal teas - 3 to 4 types of hot breakfast along with several types of ham and cheese, etc.) The rooms are completely clean and are cleaned daily. Everything you need for a good stay in this hotel is available in the room. Good internet speed in the rooms, which is not considered in some hotels. Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel building. (In my opinion, it was very good). Check-out took about a minute and was accompanied by a friendly and respectful approach. My only suggestion to the good management of this hotel is to build a smoking room in a part of the hotel. Currently, most people are smoking at the entrance of the hotel, which can be a little unpleasant for those who have allergies or don't like it. I am sure that if this hotel continues to operate with this quality, it will always be my first and last choice in Copenhagen.

Unkept room with need of renovation. Plugged sink drain and shower door that leads water out onto the floor. Food is good in the bistro on the first night, but burger tasted like fish as if it were reheated in the deep fryer on the second night.

Course held at Glostrup Park Hotel - good facilities and delicious food. Breakfast and lunch - and too much delicious cake 🤤

The facilities are great. The staff are very welcoming and provide an excellent service. The food is in a class of its own! Can only be recommended...

We enjoyed our stay at Glostrup Park Hotel! While the twin beds are very basic, the room was spacious and had all the needed amenities. The staff kept it clean- when we weren't in the way! All of the staff we interacted with as English speaking guests were over the top helpful and kind! The ladies at the bar - phenomenal! Both helped us with food and drink! The burger and fries at Glostrup were some of the best I've EVER had!! The front desk gentleman on night shift was SO kind and helped us order pizza (only because the bar was closed!)!! (Of course, we shared!) The front desk also helped us to get a taxi too. The same lady helped us every morning at breakfast with coffee - which was above and beyond and we really appreciated it!! Speaking of, their breakfast was amazing! Whomever cooks the bacon - hats off it was perfection every morning!! As was the setting to enjoy all the yummy things. The real fires throughout were a wonderful touch. I would absolutely stay here again!

Price, service and food are consistent with each other. However, you should not stay overnight due to their wellness area. This was a disappointment and far from what I expected. Addition (after response from hotel). You get 3 stars with an up arrow, which means "average - okay - to be expected". I am holding back on the 4 stars, and I do so for two reasons. 1. If you want to use the exercise room which is part of the wellness area, that's great, but your small open sauna area is not divided in relation to the exercise room. it is in the same room...and is not what I meet in other places with wellness. There I also find that you can sit and relax in the area, possibly. a hot tub. .I didn't find any of these things immediately....Wish: move your exercise room, and set up a nice area instead, with some plants, deck chair, etc. so that it becomes a whole. Then it will work as intended.....It is an okay area, but as I write - You should not go to your hotel because the small wellness area, which is a lovely supplement to your otherwise lovely service and offers. 2. So it also drags down a bit that all the guests have to go over to the neighboring building to eat breakfast. Otherwise, I only see this at 1 & 2 star hotels that must enter into an agreement with the neighboring hotel. These are the options you have. To the same extent, couldn't you be nice and get a coffee machine so that we could have a cup of freshly brewed coffee with warm milk...like e.g. a caffe latte, instead of some filter coffee, and cold milk. . I would like to stay with you again, because despite my points, I also give you 4 stars for your rooms, and you would also get that for your staff, if there was a separate point for this. See you.

The hotel is optimally located for visits to Greater Copenhagen. The staff provide great service and the restaurant is of high class.
