Best restaurant I've visited in Holbæk. Better than sushi! 😅

Had a great first experience trying Ethiopian/Eritrean food at Habesha Restaurant in Holbæk! The Red Tibsi and Habesha Special were delicious, portions were generous, and the service was really warm and friendly.

Super cozy local and authentic Ethiopian restaurant. Easy to find. The sweetest staff on earth who really care about you having a fantastic experience. The food was so delicious and different. I have been here several times and I will come again!

Really exciting and tasty food.

Really delicious food. Yum!! And just as important, I don't think I've ever seen such a clean and hygienic kitchen 🌞😉

It tasted wonderful and we received good service with good explanations about the individual dishes. We would very much like to come by again another time and try other of the exciting things on the menu.

Super exciting experience. We were welcomed by staff who took the time to familiarize us with what and how the food is normally eaten. Most of the food, especially White tibsi with lamb tasted eye-rollingly good, and it was a really delicious and exciting experience. The Habesha special dish, with its DKK 199, was a good price, while I think there was too little of the lamb to charge DKK 160 for it. The atmosphere in the restaurant was ok, the decoration and music were authentic, and the toilet clean. However, it drew quite strongly under the windows, just as the staff left the front door open several times.
