We went across town to get a fastelavnsboller here only to be disappointed 😞. They were sold out by 12:00 even though they are open until 18:00.

Sold out of sandwiches, Shrove Tuesday buns at 12:45... Hmmm planning of baked goods could be better planned.. so customers who come after lunch could get a share of what is being sold over the counter.. It was a pleasure that the coffee was not sold out..

I went here to buy fastelavnsboller, to take home, on a saturdaymorning. Cozy place, many people were having breakfast and it felt very relaxed. The fastelavnsbolle looked so cute! It is called the cat in the barrel (fastelavnstonne)

Fantastic cakes. But also the wildest prices. Lemon tart for probably eight - DKK 245. Same, but for one - probably 55 kroner. And seriously long wait while in line (staff is friendly but slow and or too few). Only comes when I have an ultra-craving for a seriously delicious cake for afternoon coffee - and I have time to buy it...! Miss their potato cake, which was second to none.

Hahnemanns har været en kraftig medvirkende årsag til kvarterets løft de senere år. Kvaliteten af råvarer og produkter kan der ikke sættes en finger på. Vi har kommet her siden åbningen i 2018 og nyder den; kaffen, kagerne og stemningen. Sammen med de mange andre gæster.

17/10/2025: Recommended to come here for a wealth of vegan options. It didn't not disappoint and the atmosphere was really lovely too! I mentioned vegan options and a chef came out to talk through the menu and what was possible, eventually creating a bespoke sandwich for me on focaccia which tasted delicious! I sat and enjoyed the ambience with a coffee in the beautiful coffee shop and then left satisfied.

07/10/2024: All in all, the food is really good, and it's probably one of the best places to get a serious roast pork sandwich. However, the quantities in what you get can vary greatly depending on who is at work. Among other things, I ordered Den Møgbeskidte Orne and Den Lækre Sow. On Den Møgbeskidte Orne it says "Extra much roast pork". It also costs NOK 20 more for Den Lækre So, which has 3 slices of roast pork. So you expect to get quite a few more, but got one!! slice more, so 4 slices in total in Den Møgbeskidte Orne. It's not what you can call "extra much roast pork". Have been there several times because of the delicious food, and have tried Den Møgbeskidte Orne several times. You can get anywhere from 4 to 7 slices of roast pork, you just never know what you're going to get. It should say how much you get.
26/09/2024: The city's best roast pork sandwich in several sizes, so everyone can join in. But they live in a shed at Silvan in Valby, so it's probably best to take it with you.
