Beautiful experience, excellent food, lots of choice... Recommended

If you like very clean food and clear ingredients this place is the one to go to felt very refreshing and healthy to pick from one of the fancy sandwiches 🥪

Never gets tired of their smørrebrød and luckily there is also a sale at CPH airport, so you can get a nice piece before departure. The roast pork unfortunately disappoints.

Something different and awesome

Hallernes Smørrebrød is a well-known restaurant in Copenhagen, famous for traditional Danish smørrebrød. The restaurant offers a very wide variety of open sandwiches, so much so that you really didn't know what to choose! However, even though I had eaten smørrebrød before and expected something even better, the experience was not quite what I expected. Although the dishes were beautifully presented and with fresh ingredients, they didn't wow me as much as I had hoped. Despite the disappointment, the staff were extremely friendly and willing to suggest options according to our preferences. If you visit Copenhagen, Hallernes Smørrebrød is definitely a good choice to enjoy authentic Danish gastronomy, although you might have high expectations.

We had the chance to try Smorrebrod in a small establishment in Copenhagen. It was much better than here. I wouldn't say it was bad, but you are better, since we tried it, this place seemed mediocre to us.

Delicious as usual, but very few seats

We loved all of them, especially the Roquefort one, it's the right place to try smorrebrod :)
