I have rarely tasted such a good crumb as it is baked at your place. You deliver some absolutely fantastically good bakery bread, and good pastry cakes. Your bakery gives a feeling and atmosphere like when I was a boy. It smells, and you feel enriched even before you taste the lovely bread!. You are in a class of your own!! I look forward to the next time I drive through Halrimmen, and put my nose inside again 👍
