Hanstholm Madbar Thisted

A very friendly welcome from young people. Great view. The restaurant is very warm. The food from the blackboard (Danish) is explained in detail and translated. Overall, good bistro cuisine. If you're in Hanstholm, just stop by. Reservations are recommended in the evening.

Beautiful view, good coffee and cookies

Nice place to eat. We were sitting among all the locals and it was fully booked. That is often a good sign. And it was. We had a delicious meal with a beautiful view. The menu is only in Danish but google lens translate is ideal in that respect. The interior is really special. It is as if they have bought out the entire thrift store and decorated the restaurant with it. All different old chairs, old flower pots with plants, this and that. Just too funny. And..., they play records. I would say: recommended!

Very pleasantly surprised. We were recommended to go here when we asked about a restaurant open in the evening. After being a little confused when we entered (it's like an anteroom before the restaurant itself) everything turned out perfect. A very relaxed restaurant with a fantastic view of the sea. The food is tapas-like and the staff is very nice. The food is reasonably priced considering the quality and location. There is free parking outside. I can't ask for more from a restaurant visit.

Great view, but the food is tasteless. Tasteless overcooked mussels, just as an example. Not very exciting menu and poor selection of wines, don't choose the house wine. You can. Not taste the wines first Very hot from the kitchen. Too bad the food isn't better as it has a nice location.

Go here, if you have the time to stop by, it's the best place in Hanstholm by far! Good food, good music and amazing people <3

Super hyggeligt sted! Flot udsigt over Nordsøen, mega lækker mad og virker som et populært sted i Hanstholm. Klar anbefaling herfra. Vi var på tur i Thy Nationalpark og kørte herop efter aftensmad.

Sikke dog en perle! Langt væk fra alting - men køreturen værd! Skønt værelse med udsigt. Fremragende menutavle med spændende retter, der var lavet med præcision og dybde i alle smagskombinationer. Vi delte syv retter plus to desserter og var mere end mætte, men kortet indbød til at prøve det meste. En helt igennem vidunderlig oplevelse som varmt kan anbefales!
