Super cozy place, good food with lots of flavor and good service from nice young people

We didn't know what to expect, but were only pleasantly surprised. Hanzo Esbjerg is one of my favorite restaurants. We chose the 10 dishes to share on the table, and were completely full. Good food, with lots of flavor. Several surprises that we are not used to at home in our kitchen.

Ordered their Tuesday feast but was quickly disappointed with the selection. There were far from enough salads and not enough drinks in the ad libitum drinks. For the price the wines were not good :( I can understand the poor selection due to the price, but maybe the restaurant is just not suitable for a buffet? The restaurant was a bit packed, which also made the buffet part difficult. The waiters were nice and good at their job - however, they came around a bit too much instead of letting people enjoy their meals
