Good food, good service and not least: Good acoustics in the room....

Food was alright, but service was lacking. My wife's main dish came 30-40 min after my last dish had been served. Makes for an awkward dining experience. Waitress told us rather dismissively it was part of the "concept"...

Amazing experience! Came here on a Thursday evening and chose the experience menu. The food was amazing, the atmosphere even better. The staff were very attentive and served me as soon as I needed anything (not sure why the other reviews complain about service). Got to mention that Christopher was a great guy serving me, very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this place.

We ate here tonight and were thoroughly impressed with the food. I am celiac and my wife dairy intolerant. I had the gluten-free version of the Vietnamese Noodle Salad and my wife and son had the Braised Spare Ribs and pork Spring Rolls. Both meals were delicious. Service was quick. While not overly attentive, the waitstaff was very pleasant and helpful. We are touristing here and will likely return before our departure.

We got the Hanzo experience. A nice and cozy dining experience with good service, but the food was not quite up to par, about 4/5 I would say.

It's a bummer because they don't open at 4:30 p.m. on Fridays, as written here on Google maps, only at 5 p.m. There was a lot of chaos from the beginning, because when the room was empty, no one showed me a table, and when I took a seat and ordered, I heard that I had to leave. place within 45 minutes because there is a reservation. I felt somehow unwanted. Nice interesting card. Nice interior but poor light. Like a club, not a restaurant. Broccoli in an Asian sauce was very tasty and interesting, but the dim sum was stuck together, had holes in it, was torn and tasted like the ones from the supermarket. I don't recommend them
